Return Policy

Your Party will not be Simply Perfect unless you are completely satisfied.

Any product that is damaged or broken during shipping will be replaced at our expense. Other items may be returned at the client's expense prior to the date of the party and packed in the original packaging. Please call or email us for a returns address and to confirm the amount that will be credited to your credit card.

Personalized items, fresh flowers, and food cannot be returned for refund.
