• Is there a limit to the number of guests I can have for a Party?
  
  Absolutely no limit. Each Party is designed to start with eight people. An option for every Party is to add everything you will need for an additional four folks. So, if you plan a Party for 20, order the basic Party plus 3 options for four more - total 20. For a party for 100, order the basic Party plus 23 options for four - total 100.
  
  
• I would like to have a sit down dinner. Is that possible?
  
  Certainly. Simply Perfect Parties are designed to be flexible. If you need additional centerpieces, more votives, extra place tag holders, or anything else, they can be added as options to meet your need. If you discover something that you want is not listed as an Option for a particular Party, please email or call us. We'll be happy to do whatever we can to accommodate your wishes.
  
  
• What if I really like a tablescape, for example, but don't want all the rest that comes with a Party. Can I order just the tablescape?
  
  Of course you can. First, check if what you want is listed as an Option for the Party. If it is, order just the Option. If it is not an Option, email or call us. We will be glad to put together just the combination of items that you want.
  
  
• How much time should I allow for ordering a Party?
  
  If you will be mailing the invitations to guests, a good rule of thumb is that they be received at least three weeks before the event. For something like a wedding or an event near the holidays, you will want to allow more time. Please give us at least a week to prepare the invitations. That will allow time for us to contact you in case we have a question. Invitations will be sent to you first, so that you can get them sent to the guests. Many times the invitations and the rest of the Party will arrive together. Other times you may receive the invitations first and then receive the remainder later in one or more boxes. Putting all of this together, you should allow at least four weeks from the time you place your order until the date of the Party. If you can order even sooner, by all means do so especially for a large number of guests. Each Party is prepared individually for each client, and customizing and personalizing takes time. We need that time to make your Party Simply Perfect. Next day delivery is standard for shipping cartons. Flat invitations sent separately will be sent by Priority mail.
